　　調(diào)整各導(dǎo)向輪，確保型材運動方向與齒盤接觸點運動方向一致。

　　注意電氣開關(guān)是否指向OFF。

　　調(diào)整后，可先試一段型材，用隔熱條檢查是否合適。

　　按下啟動按鈕正式開機工作。

　　啟動開齒機進行加工，注意觀察加工過程中的異常情況，如異常聲響、振動等，及時停機檢查。
